My journey began with a 20 year career in performing arts throughout USA, Europe and Asia that included a move to Hong Kong in 2005. Here I came across opportunities to work as a corporate role player and facilitator. I realized that the knowledge gained performing on the stage and screen gave me valuable insights into the world of corporate training and development (T&D).

My T&D skills were then further enhanced by my certification in 2019 as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD through the ATD Institute) covering competencies including delivery, design, program evaluation,
change management and more.
Why I love my job...
Much like an actor on the stage, everyone can benefit from rehearsing for real-life situations in the safe space of a workshop. We are all performers in our own lives and the confidence and communication skills required for the professional actor can translate directly to similar skill sets required at various levels of the corporate landscape. The most rewarding moments of my work are witnessing “aha!” moments from clients and having the chance to remove them from their day to day tasks to gain perspective. My goal is to bring people into a fun, creative setting where the possiblities are endless!
